Vodacom/Finrite insurance. The worst service provider.

I'm going into the third week witout a phone regardless of my Vodacom (Finrite) insurance claim having approved my claim. Finrite PTY is by far the worst service provider I have had to deal with. Their call centre does not answer call, when the do they do not deliver on their promises. I literally just need an order form sent to my consultant at the Rosebank Mall Vodacom Shop but their incompetence has made the process agonizing and frustrating. I'm sick and tired of being subjected to poor service as a long time paying customer.
