Vodacom Insure - STAY AWAY!!!!

My phone was ****** on thursday 11/11/2021. My phone is insured by Vodacom Insure managed by Finrite. After numerous calls which was only ever answered after holding on every time for more than 40 minutes I still dont have any response on my claim. All detail requested by the insurance consultants had been sent through already. The service of Vodacom Insure is totally pathetic as I've been without a phone now for 5 days now....going on 6. If this is the kind of service you get from them...STAY AWAY!!!!
