Vodacom Insurance underwriters

They under write the insurance for Vodacom. I urgently need to cancel a Sim card insurance so we can migrate a number, but there is no one that answers the phones. And Vodacom themselves can't cancel a sim card insurance. And the call centre of Vodacom don't know that this "insurance" company is closed. So who will now be able to assist me with my query.
