Vodacom insurance through Finrite = terrible and ********* service !!
The new administrators of Vodacom insurance deliver VERY poor service. I have been trying to cancel my insurance on a device I no longer have since February. After not being able to get through to them for a month, they struggled for another month to fix system errors and eventually cancelled my insurance. BUT despite the cancellation they keep deducting my premium every month. After numerous calls, the only assistance they can can provide me is that they have escalated the matter. DO NOT GET VODACOM INSURANCE WHILE FINRITE IS THE ADMINISTRATORS!!

03 Jul 2019, 10:47I was contaced by Finrite shortly after the review where they promised that they will process a refund and make the necessary changes to my account. To date I have not received any further feedback and the payment was deducted on 1 July again! I contacted the call centre again, and sent an e-mail and no feedback has been received.
