Vodacom insurance taking ppl for granted.

I deeply disappointing about Finrite-Vodacom insurance as i was changed to by Vodacom insurance without my knowledge and my premiums where reduced. After numerous emails and calls regarding my cellphone insurance i still haven't get any feedback from finrite. I spoke to 3 consultants one who was willing to assist but i believe she hit a brick wall cause i'm aware the are useless people who doesn't want to do their job.
