Vodacom insurance policy (finrite)

Today I get a message from Vodacom insurance policy finrite stating that my policy is cancelled, I call them back wanting to find out why because I have been making payment via EFT and sending proof of payments, they have failed to answer me, I have been on hold sense and my phone got cut off, when calling back no one is answering nw. I want them to tell how because the last payment I did was on Saturday and this is not the first time it happens.
