Vodacom Insurance is a complete waste of time, rather insure your devices with someone else

I am on day 3, attempt 4 of trying to lodge a claim (via Vodacom Insurance) for my ****** cellphone. Each time I go through the same process of submitting the claim telephonically I am told that my ID number has been cut short on the system and requires a supervisor to update it. Finrite, can it really take you THREE DAYS to action this? meanwhile, I have to suffer without a device due to your incompetence. If you were considering joining Vodacom Insurance, please do yourself a favour, just dont. Awful customer service
