VODACOM INSURANCE (FINRITE) IS A NO GO! POOR SERVICE!!!

My claim for MacBook Pro was approved 2 weeks ago. I was told they do not have stock currently. None of vodacom stores has Macbooks. I was referred to Istore to get a quote and their banking details so that they can reimburse IStore of which i did. No payment has been processed in 2 weeks. When i call and hold for over 40 minutest, they said they experience errors while processing payment and it has been escalated to finance department. Everyday i call and hold for long just to be told about the error and the escalation part but there is no resolution.No one is doing anything to resolve this issue. Both consultants and Supervisors advise that I must just wait. I am using the Macbook for work, its almost 3 weeks that my insurance was approved and i still do not have a replacement which means i am unable to work. I need a replacement ASAP and no one cares. All they know is to collect the debit order.
