Vodacom Insurance doesn't wanna pay out

I insured my iPhone 8 Plus with Vodacom Insurance and I got ****** on the 22nd of July and Vodacom insurance doesn't wanna pay out they keep on telling me stories. It' been a week now and I urgently need a phone because I use it for work purposes as well.
