Vodacom finrite insurance nightmare

My handset device Huawei Y7 2019 was ****** in a smash and grab incident, on Saturday 26th June 2021, I visited a Vodacom retail store at Centurion to do an insurance claim which was approved, I requested that if possible my device could be replaced with Huawei Y7 pro which was advertised on there brochures and stock sheet, the sales rep came back to me and advised that they don't have stock and she tried calling 3 stores in Gauteng, the sales rep then talked me into replacing my handset with another device Oppo A15 which costs 2999.99 My indemnity cover was 3600 and Huawei Y7 pro 3500,00 I contacted Vodacom insurance and surprisingly the lady said that they do have the Huawei Y7 in stock but ONLY if u buy from them for insurance claims they donot have stock what a *******, guys please beware of insurance policies with Vodacom promising to replace your phone with same value I am going to cancel the insurance policy and may never buy products from Vodacom again
