Vodacom & Finrite ****************

I have been having endless issues with Finrite insurance over my device claim infact this is **************** we pay every month with out fail yet when it comes time to claim there's so much red tape Thuto Mashigo a Team Leader is so unhelpful and so uninformed. further more we have to pay excess on claims as well as lose money should your device be cheaper than the device replacement value example my device claim is R5100 yet device replacement is R4600 when i ask what of the remainder i get told they can't pay out that amount cash etc
