Vodacom Finrite cellsure

My insurance was approved for R4224.00 which was a lot but I accepted and now it turns out the iPhone 12 is discontinued and now I need to pay R5900 for iphone 14 , I’ve been calling and non of them is calling me as promised and I need to do the chasing .

So I took the Vodacom upgrade contract because I needed a phone I upgraded my additional line not the one I claim from meaning I’ll be paying for 2 phone . So I’m asking them to give me the amount of the phone then Buy the phone at apple as it is cheaper, they can’t expect me to pay r6000 just because they don’t have phone . I even suggest they pay it to my Vodacom contract .

Basically they don’t have the solution
