VODACOM AND FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS INVOLVED IN *****

These administrators are a ***** together with Vodacom. I have been trying to claim a device I lost last year and they keep rejecting my claim because of silly things. They refuse to blacklist the actual imei that belongs to my device and they keep giving me different Imei that they want me to block which is **********. The employees are very rude too. Monday they finally said they blocked my device only to find out today that they blocked a totally different imei from my device.
