VERY POOR SERVICE

<p>Can Finrite please contact me regarding my cellphones. I received the sms tht my device cannot be repaired and i will be issued with a new one. I have paid the Access Amount, I would like to know when my device will be delivered? Claim number (GMCML 29799) I would also like to know when the second device will be brought back, it was taken in for repairs 2 weeks ago. Please dont make me wait 2 months then revert back to say the device cannot be repaired like you did with the first one? I would like both my devices delivered by the end of this week. I have waited long enough.</p>
