Very poor Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am VERY unhappy with the service i have received thus far from Finrite Insurance. My phone was ****** on Friday, I submitted a claim on Sunday. I paid my excess for the phone on Monday. The Cell C store told me the turnover time would be 48-72 hours. My monthly installment for insurance is always paid promptly!!! <br /><br />Its been a week now, and Im still without a phone, I use my phone for business aswell, and have lost a lot of business as a result of it.<br /><br />The Agent has only come back to me once, to offer me a Huwaii, when I am paying insurance for an Iphone!!! <br />I refuse to settle for any other model than an Iphone, as all my info is stored on the icloud.<br /><br /> </p>
