Very Poor and bad customer service

<p>I understand that most of my phone bouth through Edgarsan Jet stores are insuredaunder finrite. I reported lost phone then I was told that the insurance was cancelled from Jet Centurion which is very complicted or confusing to accept that. I was trying to call your customer service at *** since Yersterday but line are always busy. As a paying customer I have the rights to know how my cell phone policy was cancelled. I think ai time for consumer coucil to get involve with all my complaints.</p>
