Very disappointed with Finrite insurance

I will never recommend this insurance ever and ounce they replace my phone6i will cancel it. Lost my device on the 22 of February 2020 still they don't pick their phones So far I spent plus minus R500 for the airtime

It seems they don't help or rather they ****med people's money
