Very Bad service and useless staff

5 months later I haven’t received my laptop, when I call they always tell me the same story which is that they have escalated my call to the outsource lady to give me a call and I’ll be given options to choose my preferred laptop. I’m the one who calls they never call me or communicate with me in anyway. Now I’ve been trying to call them often and they’ve adapted the new habit of putting me on hold until I’m cut off the line so basically there’s no way forward and time is running out I even had some of my assignments not submitted because I didn’t have anything to type with and now I have an online exam on the 17th of November which doesn’t allow me to write using my phone, they’ve just ruined my things with this pathetic customer service of theirs.

I hope anyone there cares enough to finally assist me because wow I’m out of options clearly.
