Very bad service

I am not happy with the service at all, why is it that one has to wait for so long to just get a device? After paying for the access I was expecting a feedback to say I can go collect my phone at Telkom or they will deliver the device.

I don't know why Telkom will use this Insurance for their customers... A very pathetic insurance !!!!
