Very bad Experience and urgent help required

<p>I had an account with Foschini .took a cellphone , it is insured by FINRITE .</p> <p>Paid off Foschini account ,thought it was closed,but then it was not due to Finrite cellphone insurance .</p> <p>Had to call Finrite to cancel this cellphone insurance for Foschini account to be closed.Got 5 different telephone numbers from Foschini to call Finrite .Called all this numbers.Been calling Finrite for 3 weeks now .There is a guy from Finrite who will answer the phone and tell you to hold while he transfers the call,I found myseld holding for 15 to 20 minutes everytime I called .</p> <p>I am relly tired of this and asking for help herein . I really want this Foschini account to be closed.</p> <p>Thank you .</p>
