USELESS WITH NO COMMUNICATION

<p>I claimed for my lost/****** phone . They got back to me saying the claim does not meet terms and condition as i havent used my phone since last year june. this was ridiculous as i have been using the phone for almost 2 years and the same number for over 7 years. The lady by the name of Lindiwe said she will get back to me with a report back from some or other department. Its been over 2 weeks now . I cantacted her on email to ask what the hold up was and I was simply told i will get an email shortly. 2 more days I am still waiting for it and its going on 3 weeks without a phone but i have never missed a single payment. this is infuriating.</p>
