Useless insurance company

Finrite is the worst insurance company ever existed. I had lodged a claim at the beginning of January 2020 for a ****** device and I submitted all the required documents. Ever since then I have been trying to get a feedback from them and everytime I'm being told that I should wait for 48hrs to get an sms detailing the excess fee to be paid but it's been 4 months still waiting on them. I mean everytime I call them they tell me the same thing since January. I'm really fed up with these people and I'll never recommend them to anyone. It's May now I still haven't received any sms from them and I don't have my phone.
