USELESS INSURANCE

This company is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are quick to phone and chase you down to take on insurance with them but when it comes to paying out an insurance claim is an endless battle. I have never missed or skipped an insurance payment but I have to fight to get it paid out. I lodged a claim with them more than more 3 months ago. To date nothing has been finalised, they do not have the courtesy of a phone call aside from a stupid sms saying that it is pending due to outstanding documents. Phoning their offices is futile because you speak to 10 different people who give you 10 different stories that is if you even get through to them. The so called document that is outstanding is a document signed at the shop which was sent to them numerous times where they confirmed receipt but they still do not have it. How long does it take to finalise a claim. I will never take insurance with them and never will I refer people to them either.
