Useless company

My mom took a data contract in August, debit orders are going off every month on the 25th without fail. But the data gets loaded days after month end. Today it's the 8 still it's not loaded there's no platform to contact and speak to someone. I have sent email there's no response or at least acknowledge that it was received.
