Useless company!!!
You ****ing people have been wasting my ****ing time! 1 month later and I still don't ****ing have my ****ing phone... I have been calling and calling and get ****ing no updates. I just called in and had to wait 25 minutes for an agent to answer, she then puts me on hold for another 20 minutes only to end the ****ing call...
What the **** is wrong with you people that you can't follow up with clients or respond to damn emails!!!
I want my ****ing phone back to ****ing day!!!
You promised an agent would call me back but I am still ****ing waiting!!!
