useless call centre

<p>I have been trying to get a cell phone claim finalised for several weeks now, with no luck. Everytime I've called the call centre, I hang on for over 30 minuntes, and then get cut off. My cell phone was ****** over a month ago, and I am still waiting for Finrite (C Insurance) to finalise the paperwork on my claim. Please, can someone come back to me and give me feedbac****!!!!!!</p>
