Useless

I lost my phone last month n just because it was a dual sim and i was only using one sim card which i blocked and everything now they want me to give them a letter from my service provider stating that the other IMEI number couldn't be blacklisted because they wasn't a sim card. And my service provider doesn't do such letters n when i call them they have the audacity to hang up my calls... what a disgrace.
