useless

<p>If I had known how *********** this company is, I would have never used them to start off in the first place. It has been a month since my insurance claim was approved and I am yet to recieve the handset. Every week I phone, I speak to a different call centre agent who gives me a different reason why the phone is not in my possession as yet. From "no stock" to "no credit" to unprocessed "purchase orders", Ive heard them all. Yet all of them gives me the assurance that it will be "another 3-5 working days". Will definetely never do bussiness with this company again. Ridiculous</p>
