I had screen insurance with them which I cancelled last year, till today they have not cancelled it and are giving me the run around. I have been calling them since last year trying to get the matter resolved, till today nothing has happened.

They are contracted to Vodacom who is also not anything about it, I am just fed up with this insurance.
