Unreliable Telkom insurance policy

On the 20th of May 2021 I lost my phone and I went and report at the police station near me the following day, I then phoned Telkom insurance to inquire about how to claim from their insurance and the sent me a form to fill in and some documents I will submit with the claim form.

On the 27th May I emailed all the relavent documents to the insurance company. I never received any confirmation of receiving the documents I then phoned the person who sent me the claim form and I was told the person is on leave I must re send them to someone else who is their Supervisor(her name starts with a Q I really cannot recall her name) and they gave me a different email address and I resent the documents again.

I still did not get any confirmation of receiving the documents, again I phoned them and the phone was ringing and no one was answering. I emailed the Supervisor again to ask if the received my email but there was no answer.

After all these attempts I never received anything from them up to now, and we are in October and I made the claim in May, it is now 4 months. I took the phone insurance so that in time of need like this I am covered.

I now want them to give me a phone or refund all my installments I paid to them. Their service sucks I don't want to ever do business with them again.
