Unreliable Insurance

I was ****** towards month end of March this year(2020)and till this day I have not received help from this insurance and I've called them more than 3 times(24 June 2020). And every time I call them they send me to and fro. I deeply regret insuring my device with them. They are unreasonable and unreliable.
