Unreliable business.

Finrite has emailed me saying they will call me, but I still have not received a call and my policy still has not been cancelled, so come Feb 25 I will be billed AGAIN for a device I no longer use.

They deliberately ignore calls for this reason, clearly this is how the company makes their money off us, and the fact that Telkom has no way of communicating with them or cancelling for you when the cell phone contract ends is very sketchy because they are the ones doing business with Finrite which they all of a sudden cannot communicate with when the contract has to end.
