Unprofessional Conduct

Having lodged a claim and being first **** to that the consignment has been shipped on 04 Feb 2016, to eventually it being posted on 26 Feb 2016...I have just received an INCORRECT PHONE. <br> <br> They acknowledge an error from their supplier, which i have absolutely nothing to do with, it's contracted to them.<br> <br> I cannot be told WHEN the phone will be posted and to me, having been waited for this long...that's Bu!!$h!+!!!<br> <br> Stay away from C Surance/Finrite, they are cluele$$ about customer services, very unprofessional and pretty u$ele$$
