Unprofessional and waste of time

After trying to get hold of Finrite for two days regarding my telkom cellphone insurance, i finally got hold of a Siya who was unprofessional and didn't know what he was doing giving me a stuping excuse that he cant load a new claim gave him all the details but still failed to assist. The service is worse and to top it all up the staff dont know what they are doing. I forwarded my claim on 24.01.2020 via email but haven't heard any thing from them still waiting..
