unpaid insurance claim

I placed a claim on the 18th of May for my mobile phone but up to today,they are giving me run arounds.I even paid their ridiculous excess amount but am still waiting for a.positive response from.I took the insurance through Telkom.Telkom has sent Finrite emails but they have not delivered my phone.I even failed to write my online exams as a result.
