unpaid insurance claim

<p>have my cellphone insured with this company and i sent it in for repairs last year September and after countless phonecalls and emails they only aproved the claim in december and i paid the excess fee however Cell c still claims the money was never paid and my account keeps accumulating with arrears because everytime they try and debit its over and above my normal subscription and therefore it bounces and i get charged for that mind you the bill was R1921 and now it has come to R3600 i have to pay bank fees that I never would have to pay had they paid for the repair done on my phone have called them and no answer emails are not being responded and i sit helpless while my credit record gets damaged and ontop of that i still cant get assistance from cell c apparently i have to speak with the insurance myself</p>
