Unhappy Finright bad service

Very bad unprofessional consultants. Their system cannot pick up my insurance number identity but my phone was taken there for repairs. I spoke to a lady Bridget who promised to call me 3weeks ago till this day nothing . I call again find Ofentse a guy very unprofessional n impatient. Not happy at all each month I pay for insurance hle.

Finrite promised to return my phone latest Friday afternoon till today it's still with them I went to the store this morning still my phone was not sent. Even their complaints dept r unprofessional.
