Unhappy customer

My name is katlego I. Bought a phone from Telkom. Than my phone got damaged I took it back to telkom it was booked off to a repair center on the 28th of may until today my phone hasn't came back the worst part off it all is that the people from finrite don't even update me regarding my phone I have to do a follow up on my own
