unhappy customer

This insurance does not even deserve any stars because their service is so poor I've had a complaint with them for more than a Month. My phone was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago I'm still waiting as I've been told they are awaiting a response from the supplier and check the stock availability which I wasn't told two weeks ago the service is just pathetic. Up until I'm still waiting on the phone and the next payment is almost due. *** contact number ***
