unhappy client

i would like to lay a complain for the company Hollard Game Insurance under finrite administrator, I've had the insurance from 2017 for a laptop, I've never claimed from it, so now that I have lost my laptop in my car they tell me that they can't cover me due too my car was unattended. I've asked them to send me a letter for decline, from them the 15th Feb so that I can dispute the claim, I have been waiting for the letter till today. the 24th Feb.
