Unfair treatment

My Name is Andile Mkhwa**** and I worked for the company for 5years, I resigned on 05.11.2020 due to unfair treatment, on the day of resignation I completed the withdrawal form which the company was supposed to submit at sanlam in order for me to get my providend fund, early this month I contacted sanlam and they confirmed they did not receive any withdrawal form, I then proceeded to contact finrites payroll who also confirmed the claim for has not been submitted and the documents were filled in incorrect, I received the documents and refilled and sent to her Today I contacted sanlam and they confirmed they still did not receive any withdrawal form from my previous employer, I contacted payroll again and she confirmed the withdrawal form is not yet submitted I am being told.. And I quote 'the delay is due to your case being a rare case remember we must recover your AOD' s on your pay out. Finrite told me I owe the company an amount of R20000 due to one of the customers had received both the phone and the amount of R20299, but to my surprise I am not the one who authorised the payment of R20299 as I did not have any authorisation rights, why is the company making me pay where else I am not the one who authorised the payment, the person who authorized the payment wasn't she supposed to double check that every thing is in order before authorizing such huge amount, why is the junior stuff always to be blamed and the senior stuff always gets away with everything, luckily I managed to speak to the customer that had got both the cash and the phone and the customer payed the amount of R10000 and advised he will not be paying the remaining balance.

Now the company is struggling or delaying on purpose to submit my withdrawal form to sanlam as they want to recover the amount of R10299 which I did not authorise, not only was I treated unfair while I was still working for the company I am still being treated unfair even long after resigning. 1.The company wants me to pay the amount of R10299 that was authorised by my supervisor. 2.The company did not submit the withdrawal claim form to sanlam till date.. Why?

Why must the company continue to treat me unfair even after I resigned.
