Unfair claim

Ive got an insurance for a cell phone with Finrite, My phone was ****** few days ago and the claim was approved, now my problem is that they approve me for R5999 and ive looked at any TFG store in Johannesburg that cost that much but i cant find it, i even tried to check for the one that cost R4999 but i cant find it so i asked if i can add R1000 and get the phone that cost R6999 and the consultant said its not possible, I'm desperate to get a phone since i work with a phone, Finrite took premiums from me for more than two years but today they cant let me add extra R1000 to get a phone, its not like i don't want the phone which cost R5999 but i cant find it anywhere.
