unbelievable experience with finite insurance

the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!

I bought an iPhone with telkom n take out insurance with finite so, few days later my phone got ****** n now my insurance wants me to pay excess fee of R9000 .I really do not understand how? I can't pay that much for a phone, this is a total rip-off
