Unautorized Debit Order

Whilst going through my Bank Statement, I noticed a debit order for R59-00 that went off my account, with was processed by 0634 Glenrand M.I.B t/a Finrite. Upong calling their contact centre, I was informed that I will be called back in 10 minutes, which did not happen. I called in again, and was put through to C-Surance. I provided my ID number, which I was informed there are no records. I called in again as was asked to contact another company, which was closed. I have not signed for a debit order not agree to any deals telephonically - I request for this matter to be investigated and a refund completed.
