Unauthentic apple repairs

I have been with finrite via Telkom for a year now, I took my phone for repairs and paid R2500 it came back with more problems, camera not fully functional,face recognition not working and now screen is not responsive. When I took it to istore for diagnostic purposes they told me it wasn’t repaired with authentic apple parts and it was beyond economical repair in the first place it was supposed to be replaced. This is a year old iPhone XS that I’m still on contract for. I’m highly highly disappointed
