Unable to cancel cellphone insurance

I have tried many times to cancel the insurance for my cellphones, but I have not gotten any assistance.

I tried going to the Telkom branch, but they instruct me to call Finrite. The numbers they provide get me through to Edcon, Jet and other departments, but never through to the Telkom department.

I searched for Telkom Finrite numbers online, but none of those numbers work.

I've been trying to cancel the insurance for more than a year now, with no success.
