Regarding a claim I had made for my Sony Xperia cracked screen<br> <br> It was the first time I have ever had to make a claim and was a bit discouraged knowing how insurance companies are when it comes to payouts. Their professionalism and ability to keep me updated exceeded my expectations.<br> <br> Within a few days, I received a replacement handset as my previous one could not be repaired.<br> <br> Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
