TRYING TO ******* CLIENTS

They are *****ing your money .. first I was send a quote stating that I must pay R1400 access fee . I checked on the T's and C's and it clearly states that the highest amount to pay is R1000 if it cost more than 50k to repair the phone . I then went it to Vodacom and they said the phone cost R7000 to repair - Meaning I must pay R500 ( That's the bracket it falls in ) . I emailed them again ( after paying ) and all off a sudden they said that the phone costs R20 000 to repair ... How is it possible that the repairs itself costs more than the actual phone ? The already send me the invoice that it cost R7000 but apparently they have to update it ....
