The level of service this company provides is highly inadequate, I handed in my phone for repairs 3 weeks ago and I have still not recieved an update. I recieved a message to sta my phone has been recieved by a repair center but when i call telkom finrite they say they have not recieved my phone yet the sms says it has been reciebed. When I asked the call center agent to follow up with the rpair center she said that she does not need to, furthermore she refused to give me the contact details for the repair center so I could follow up myslef. I am very frustrated as I use my phone for business purposes and it is almost a month now wihtout it. Please can this be attended to immediately.
