TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I've been struggling with the same claim for over a year now. The call centre agents don't know how to treat a claim. I was wrongfully advised to pay access on a warranty claim; I'm yet to get a reversal of the access amount. Furthermore, I'm stuck with a handset that I still cannot use and I'm still paying insurance every month. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - DON'T EVER USE THESE CLOWNS FOR CELLPHONE INSURANCE!!!
